A dark brown coloured liquid flavour with sweet and sour aroma and taste of preserved plum fruit.

Specific Gravity at 25 ° C : 1.039 – 1.045

Application

The suggested application and recommended dosage is as follows:

• Beverage / Syrup Drinks : 0.1% w/w in ready to drink
• Ice Lollies / Sherbet : 0.15% w/w of base
• Tablet candies : 0.15% to 0.2%w/w of base
• Hard Boiled Candies : 0.2% to 0.25% w/w + 0.5% - 0.8% w/w Citric Acid + 0.15% w/w of salt
• Sauce : 0.2% to 0.25 %w/w of base

Legal Status

This flavour is compounded from nature-identical aroma chemicals which are FEMA GRAS with Propylene Glycol as solvent.

Storage

Keep sealed in a cool place, away from direct sunlight. This flavour is stable for one year.
